Located in Oak Harbor, WA on Whidbey Island, Island Clock & Watch Repair is dedicated to providing the best in sales, service and repair of all types of timepieces, including antique mechanical wall, mantel and floor clocks, electric clocks, pocket and wristwatches.
Local in-shop estimates are by appointment only and are free of charge. Written estimates are also available for $40.00
House calls are $125.00 and provide 1.5 hours of time, additional clocks during visit are $40.00 each (local area only, additional fee for longer distances). No warranty is given for house call work.
If you are mailing your clock or watch to us for a free estimate, you must contact us first. Information we will need from you is your name, address, phone number, e-mail, clock or watch type, estimated value, and a description of the problem. If we agree to receive your timepiece, you will need to insure your package when sending to us. Once received, we will evaluate the timepiece and contact you with an estimate for parts/repairs. No work will be started until you authorize it. If you decide not to have your timepiece repaired by us, YOU will be required to pay the return shipping and insurance costs. If we do conduct the repairs, we will notify you as soon as all work is finished and will provide the total cost (including shipping/insurance) at that time. Your item will be shipped back to you once we receive final payment.
For all estimate types, if additional parts or needed repairs are discovered, we will contact you with an updated estimate amount.
